What mix or any really fast way's to clean gutters.Most seem to have white gutters with streaks on them.
The easiest way to clean gutters!

You need a good gutter cleaner like Gutter Zap. There are other brands. I use one I buy local in Richmond, privat lable. They will take off the streaks if they have not been on there for a lifetime.

Use a semi truck stack brush too - they work well. We use a product sold @ Home Depot actually. It works well. I belive it is Behr Siding wash. Its about 4-5 Bucks per gallon, but you can dilute that out into a 5 gal bucket. Xjet on and then run down them with that stack brush. Most of the time no brushing is needed.

We use Krud Kutter which works really well, I may try the home depot stuff that Nicole mentioned if I can find it.

Gene - Someone else on that board brought up the stack brush idea, I tried it and have used it ever since. I can't remember who said to use it though....maybe kory?>

Great info from all and thanks Nicole you seem to have good info, must be in the water. By the way I have a friend from my town that is now a white water rafting guide in COL. , wants me to go, but rapids look way too crazy for me. Mostly flat land where I live, if you here me.

be extremely carefull around painted surfaces and sealed decks.rinse very well.
remember that to remove the streaks you are removing a thin layer of the paint. if gutters have been repainted since installation the do not use a sodium hydroxide based product as it will make you look real bad!

What is a rough pricing guideline for gutter cleaning service. I have used gutter zap from sunbrite, works great.

I'm still working on a way to get the chemical on 2 story and above without the waste of a x-jet, pump up sprayer works best on application lower gutters, just asking...if you downstream would it be strong enough or to diluted?
