You could take a few....hundred...uh...thousand, of them from here! They dont even have to ride in your truck, they all own one together. :D
 
I have actually used Ash's Mexican and he IS the bomb ! He makes 5 good white guys look slow and does better work , he sure kept me on my toes

haha except when he was filling my tank and lost control of the fire hose and it slammed him on the ground ! He got up ran down the end and back in the tank it went
 
Yea, and he still got up laughing. I don't care what you say....A good man is a good man. If I could find another one like him I would swap out my other two white guys for 1 Mexican. Exchange Program.
 
lol yea your right bout that. whats the going price for latino labor? 8-10 bucks? im thinking about checking out an employment agencie wont have to worrie bout the bs. where do you get yours? i have some latino girls that do my interior post const. clean-up i think i am paying too much?!
 
I'm on the beech in Hawaii, and still making money. You do the math. Sure you can work harder but why would you want.

For labor: 8-10 is right, the better ones make more but you get what you pay for. I have one that makes 13, but he can almost replace me. We have a Mexican lady that cleans our house every other week for 80 bucks. I would not do it for that, plus she does a great job.
