Roof Cleaning/Winter Garden, Florida

Where did you get a price for the JB?

Where did you get a price for the JB?
I have seen them discounted Mel.
There are many John Blue dealers around in the AG and Pest Control market.
This is a VERY competitive market :)
You can play one dealer against the other :D
I used to buy MY John Blue's direct at one time, DP 193's for 485 dollars per pump !
But John Blue merged with CDC, a larger company, and I was forced to go through dealers.'
I found a dealer in Sebring, FL, told him HOW much I was paying, and asked him IF he wanted to make 100 bucks for having a pump drop shipped to me.
I KNEW his cost, because I used to buy em for that.

He said he was GLAD to make 100 bucks for making a phone call. :D

Our local guy here sells the Udor brand with Comet. We have had the MC-16, we now have the Zeta 40.
All good pumps, all that matters is getting the job done. The zeta does 10 gpm, bypassing most. It is nice to have the power to shoot when need.
Never saw a JB. Maybe one day. Zeta works for me. ( for now ) :)
Like I told ya David, I got a Zeta and a gearbox in my shed :D
I LIKED that pump, almost as good as a John Blue DP 193, but WE had little luck with them.
That was a LONG time ago, about 6 years.
I am SURE they improved them since then :)

I googled the part #

David, and easier way is to simply CALL John Blue, and TRY to buy direct :D
They MIGHT sell you direct, OR if they do not, ASK them to FAX or Email you a LIST of the their dealers.
Then, it is simply a matter of playing the game of shopping around until you find the best John Blue Pump price. :D
Because I already KNEW the price of the John Blue DP 193, I just asked for 5 dealers names, and it only took a FEW calls :D
I got my John Blue DP 193 pump, at the price I was willing to pay.

But, may I suggest that since you DONT know dealer cost on the pump, get a LIST of dealers, and call around, play one against the other until you reach ROCK BOTTOM ?

That IS, if you want one of these pumps ?

You may be happy with the UDOR ?

If I were to go electric, I'd

first --> use the delevan I have then....
second --> I'd use flo-jet 2100-122 with viton valves and viton diaphragm.

Ofcourse I use a 10.5 gpm zeta with pressure that is adjustable to 300 psi, with a pressure regulator that will run 2 operators, why would I switch??
Thats going backwards...

Chris you will never let up. lmao, Go Chris Tucker, full steam ahead. It is your way or the MF highway. Chris one day you will or should learn that your way is not the only way. Chris I thought I read somewhere on this BBS you were BANNED. Did I read it wrong or did someone make a mistake? Just curious.

Hey guys call CDS John Blue and see what they tell you. 1-256-721-9090 Ask them about the roof cleaning pump they sell.

Chris you do not even use or have used in the past the CDS John Blue pump that is being used today in the roof cleaning market. Please stop making ridiculious comments on a pump that you have no earthly Idea about. Oh sweet moses. lol

There is another 12 volt pump David, hold on, I will go find a link to it ?
Here it is http://www.starmarinedepot.com/Johnson+Pump+Aqua+Jet+WPS+5.2.html
Looks pretty heavy duty ?

Once again. Great job Don.
How's the leg healing up.

Hey David,

It's getting better, but hard to get it healed. Business is blowing up and every time I get the swelling in my ankle down it's off to another job and it swells up again. Motrin and 2 big pillows are the only thing keeping me in the game. :D

A boot's not gonna help this one, Russ!

I put a nasty gash in it on my enclosed trailer last Wednesday, then it got infected and the swelling went down my leg and now I've got a black and blue and purple and red and green and yellow foot to go along with a nice ax wound on my shin.
