*Update*
This pump has been running since April 2012 with a washed out head fixed by some tupperware washers!!!! I think I replaced the washers twice and the o-rings 4 or 5 times in 2 1/2 years.
It is probably done now, I ignored that little vibration and I think it washed the groove a little deeper in that time.
