2 emails from one customer

Doug Rucker

Roundtable Host 2009
For some odd reason I have been getting quite a free emails from my cusotmers the last couple weeks. I can sometimes go weeks and months withour getting on. This week I ahve had 3 or 4. Today these two from the same customer along w before and after pic's, and a neighborhood directory he scanned and sent me.

Doug,
Wanted to drop a line and thank you for the fine job you did on our roof and housr.
The difference is night and day. All the roof discoloration that developed in the last two years is completely gone. Same with the dirt and discolorations on the trim, overhangs, and brick. You made our seven year old house look like a new.
Thanks for the great job.

Doug,
Attached is the xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx Ranch Community Directory. I can't vouch for how up-to-date it is.
Request you not let anyone know you got it from me as the people in this subdivision are touchy about having anyone give out commercial leads.
I will send a separate email with before and after pics and a testimony statement you can us on your web site. I would not object to your using the pics in a mailing to this subdivision as long as you indicate that it was pics you made in the normal course of business.
Thanks,

We get that all the time. You can usally advertize in those directories very, very cheaply. once you get in with those homeowners give them a group rate and have them sell your services for you. Works like magic! We cleaned over 200 roofs last year in one development from one homeowner getting us work. I did his for free! Best sales guy I never hired.
