2009 Bad Year

I've just completed my taxes and I'm disappointed.
Turned out to be a bad year.
A years with lots of expenses.

I hope everyone else did better. :crying:
 
Last year was pretty rough as I am glad 2009 is history. But our 2010 first quarter is up triple compared to last year's first quarter and I'm booked into the first week of May! :thumbup2:
 
we had a good year, our gross was our best ever but the bottom line was down a tad bit, we had to go a little farther to make it work and we didnt have the write offs we had in the past, we are way way way ahead of the game this year though and Mid April thru May looks to be the best ever.

I will add this in for our friend Jim, we have 5 garages scheduled for thaen totaling 1.6 million square feet at a whopping .10 cents a square.
 
2009 was on a par with the previous three years. Since it provides a comfortable living, I am content. I do have to admit that my net revenues were up so that made it better.

Things really got going in May and hasn't let up.
This N. Florida heat and humidity is about to kill us.
