Looking to get input on:
1) pricing.
2) cleaning method. Type of cleaner, hot or cold, bead blasting?
3) type of sealer you would use.
The job is for cleaning a vacant wharehouse for a new Tennant (my customer). It is a 25,000 square foot building that was used as a lumber yard for a good number of years. The soiling varies from ground in dirt from fork lifts to tar/ asphalt from roofing material.
I'm not a newbie, BUT, at the recent PWNA show I discovered there are many different views on how to clean a job like this. I'm interested in hearing what you all suggest.
I will let you all know how I did. Look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks, Tim
