This dumpster cleaning was a lead to 6 large shopping centers that we nailed today.

The gross annually will 86,000 when we are all finished. Small things can lead to larger ones.

That is fantastic. Keep in mind, you don't show up on time or look professional on these "little " job and you will not get a chance for the big ones.

funny you mentioned that, This call came in yesterday at about 11:00am

we have been working with her since nov, she awarded the center to another Jan,1.

She couldnt get the guy out last week to handle this chinesse dumpster that wasnt even that bad.

She called us and by 1:00pm the photos where e-mail it was complete.

the agreements came thru the fax for her business around 3:00pm

She fired the other guy and put us on service.

I doubt that Ron would have to worry about that , he has 5 girls in the office and 3 foreman to coordinate that with his 40 + guys that clean 100+ sites everynight
Not implying that Ron has that problem. Just mentioning it so others can see the benefits of performance.

Do any of you move the dumpsters before servicing the corrals or just work around them? I happen to have alot more experience with frontload containers like the ones pictured than I do with a wand. I am just wondering if anyone ever tried to offer moving and cleaning where it sits, as a value added service.

Did I read it wrong? I thought he meant doing the dumpster job got him the whole complex as in the curbs sidewalks etc. I've spent a lot of time trying to figure out flatwork for nothing if you can get 80k just washing around trash cans.

Ron, do you really have that big a pressure washing business with that many employees? Ok, how much did you charge for that dumpster if you dont mind me asking? I do some flatwork but never know what to charge.

I'm A one man operation, I gross 3 mil all by myself. I average about 6000 and hour. I wont get out of bed for less than a 999.00 house wash.
