Delavans will not last forever, always have a spare on hand because they are not designed for what we use them for, we all are lucky that they do last a little while, usually time to make back many, many times what they cost us to buy them. Disposable so just flush them out at the end of each job and at the end of the day to get the most life out of them as possible.
What size wiring are you using on them?
How far is it from the Battery?
What size ca or cca are you using?
Is it a Marine or Regular car battery?
What size hose are you running inlet/outlet?
Do you have a screen/filter on the inlet?
Sometimes you can bang on the injectors to free the ball loose, they sometimes stick. Slowly remove the hose barb that is threaded in and see if the ball is stuck but be careful as those springs want to jump out and get lost.
Keep some rebuild kits there so when, not if those springs or o-rings go bad, it can be fixed quickly.
The Banjo valve, is that for fresh water to a pressure washer or are you using that for bleach? I hope not for bleach. Nothing lasts long around bleach, that is why I use tanks with no fittings on them when working with bleach.
Tell us all about these things and we can help you out.
