A&E Painting has served the York County, PA area for the past 15 years. After joining RCIA(Roof Cleaning Institute of America) and learning the technique from a bunch of great guys, I became a certified roof cleaner and added the service to my business. dont know either? Its an honest question!

The way the used to do it was if you had like 100 post you could be certified and at 500 post you were a master roof cleaner. I was asking what it is now?

No poking, this is a very real question. Chris and I are friends I could call but I just thought I would ask you since you posted that you just became certified.

Certififation is no longer based on the amount of post that anyone makes. Those who are ready and believe they can take the test and pass must now sign up when ready and take a verbal test. There is also a small fee for taking the test. They must also provide proof of licence and insurance for the city/state in which they work. The days of becoming certified based on the # of posts being made are LONG gone and have been for some time now.

oh my Larry (chuckling) does this mean I cant clean roofs any more????? What will I do now!

Wait what about the demos and all the contractors I have taught, they wont be able to feed their families? What have I done oh my oh my!

Oh heck I even had Ron plus Pete Marenatay (who sells them at Sunbrite) oh my Lord and (Mr Hinderliter from Delco/ rahsco) plys oh wow, Bob Williamson from Pressure Tek all watching me and my set up, I guess the whole industry is going to hell in a hand basket because OF ME!

I was really having fun with that one! Anyway, certifications are cool, I think they are taking the industry in a better direction. I could probably get a certificate out of Chris if I asked him nicely!

Be-carful there buddy, they have you teaching a Cert Class in Tampa. Who certified you to certify?

UAMCC now has a Certification, likely less qualifications than RCIA at the moment.

Your certified RCIA, just pay the money Russ. OR talk with Chris, he is teaching in Tampa I'm sure you and him will see each other.

However I am NOT coming to Tampa, never was and I am NOT teaching an Enviro Cert Class, dont know where that is coming from but its BAD information.

The weekend of Tampa is Stacie's birthday, we have plans with our whole family that weekend.
 
I was simply answering a question. WOW!!! LMAO. And some people wonder why I don't stick my head out the window of a speeding car...

UAMCC has a new certification course rolling out in Tampa

Good news Russ. You can come to Tampa. Stacie' s B day is not till the end of August.

Holy crap dude, now i am the windshield! I got her birthday wrong!

Your right its the 27th of August, good thing I didnt move forward with the plans we were making, even the kids didnt say anything?
