A lot of roofing at this one

Got this Roof cleaning estimate I am putting together and it is even a little hard for me to figure out. Got a lot of buildings and walks that have roofs that are really dirty and will need to be done at least 2 times. The main problem is all the walks do not have gutters. How would you do these roofs.

Low pressure rinsing and get it done . Too much liability of stuff dripping on walkers if you do the spray and pray method .I'm bidding a real tuff one now . No way not to clean other parts of buildings they don't want cleaned . Price should be double for extra cleaning

We will start in March. Just booked another big townhouse project that we are doing buildings and roofs in March also. Hope the weather is good.

We got the job and will do it in March. 61,000 and the guys tell me 2 trucks 2 weeks. Ted I will call and I want us to have another night out. Let's make it happen.
