Guys im looking for some input on what i should do with this parking lot

its about 15 years old and has never been cleaned so there are extremly bad oil/grease stains at every parking spot.

I know i need to reclaim it and thats not the issue but should i use degreaser to try and get as much out as possibe or get them to sign up on a 30 day rotation to get the stains out?

im just concerned with using lye , i dont want to cause light spots or do any damage to the concrete.

And im really trying to wow them to get several other stores in my area.

thanks in advance

And just a little more background

our rigs have 8 gpm 3000psi hot water setups.

we do a fair amount of sidewalks, drives and pavers... mostly commercial and a few dumpsters here and there

and ive never used chemicals to clean just hot water.

nope.

we try and recycle as much water as possible when we wash
and i would rather not run chems thru any of the equipment.

yes but the water gets recycled and put right back thru.

some things are ok but lye will eat anything metal, even stainless
