Here we have a fine example of a "Used But Not Abused" Alkota 8 gpm 3000 psi Hot Water Skid. This has been our "Backup Unit" for the last 4 yrs. I bought it with 155hrs showing, it now has 501hrs. Most of it's life has been used washing houses & apartments "At Low PSI" rarely has this unit been used at full PSI.

Stack burns were from previous owner, never an issue with me.

Replaced AR pump with a fully re-built general tsf-2021, new T-stat & pressure switch.

I have personally changed the oil & filter every 40-50 hrs and taken care of this unit.

I don't buy junk, and I will not sell junk.

It's either the Alkota or the Landa. The Alkota is a work horse and a great machine, but I love my Landa, it's got 800hrs. on it.

Went to Charlotte to do a job and found a deal I just couldn't pass up. It will be here in a couple of days and I got to get rid of some stuff before Mary finds out. Bad thing is I got a 8 gpm cold water unit coming in from Cali tomorrow.

Oh No My Time Is Done. But you can run Tony, any and all Members can run. I encourage every Member to run for a board spot, and turn the Org. around.

And when you & others do get a board spot and don't run it the way other people think you should, I'll be there to defend you.

Big difference in a business owner selling old or surplus equipment, and a business owner that can buy directly (Not That I Care) from a Manufacturer i.e. Distributor license or Distributor tax id....Good Try Though!
