I want to personally say thank you to:

Steve Junot - Lab Supervisor

Anthony Betters, Environmental Inspector
Storm Water Program

Mistie Gonzales - Pretreatment Environmental Coordinator

Christina Burleson - Environmental Inspector
Industrial Pretreatment

for an excellent conference with a local contractor as PWNA Environment President. The meeting went very well and the local contractor and AHJs were very satisfied.

Note for this forum: Power Washing Waste Water is not acceptable for discharge into StormWater BMPs or Retention/Detention Ponds in this jurisdiction. The industry is required to use BMPs to the MEP (maximum extent practicable); the local contract cleaner agreed.

Al local Cleaners that thinks he will make Millions. But it will turn out badly in the end for him and his family.

Robert you are Leaving us no Choice but to contact your Boss and tell him that keeping insisting these thing are accurate are damaging the industry not helping.

Did you warn anthony I'll be calling http://www.wacowater.com/whoweare.html

The contractor needs to learn how to divert his water, and use evaporation to the maximum extent possible to solve his waste water problem. There is a reason that there are retention basins on a property, and this is one of them. Obviously, training needs to be conducted to the AHJ, informing that a retention basin is not typically off property, so they have no authority.

Is it possible to be more condescending?

Is the area behind the power line retention or detention, Mr. "PWNA Environment President"?

I am unclear. I'm afraid you have been talking above my head. My education is limited.
