Just wondering how people are applying their chemicals through the pressure washer or with a spot sprayer

Depends on what you are cleaning and how dirty it is

Houses, buildings and concrete - Downstream
Roofs - direct application with air diaphragm system
Dryvit - stronger solution usually applied with air diaphragm system (no one can use that since I now have it word marked thru my friend, grandmothers step son that is a lawyer)

Just pour your chems in the buffer tank.

Downstream-Rarely but some, X-jet-often, EPump-often.

for fleetwashing you can upstream, or downstream, just depends on what ya like

It just depends on what you are cleaning, how dirty the surface is, what kind of chemicals you will be using, how strong you want the chemicals to be, if it will be very windy at the time of application, etc...... There are some variables to consider as there are many ways to apply chemicals to surfaces, just depends on the situation.
