Are these nicotine stains?

I did a demo for a GM and showed him I could remove some rust stains he had and he gave me the job. Everything came up pretty good except around the ashtrays/trashcans. I assumed rust but no luck..... any help.....I am wondering if its nicotine that has washed down the cans?????

Are you asking about the rust rings from where the can was/moved or the little black bubble gum looking spots?

The rings that look like rust. This was a before picture. I easily removed the gum, but after applying white ox 4 times they are still there. the other areas that had rust came up after one application of white ox....

As a professional cigarette smoker for 23 years I can tell you that those definetely are not nicotine stains.

It's called "thin" rust. It goes deeper into concrete than topical rust. Oxalic acid works good at the topical stuff. F9 BARC will remove it, guaranteed.

Why yes, yes it will. I have this white spot at my yard where Craig did a demo. It is amazing stuff. I have to look at that darn spot everytime I go outside, thinking that I need to finish the rest of it.
