Asphalt Cleaning

Never cleaned the stuff, however I have a chance to pick up a monthly account cleaning a parking lot. they want the oil spots and such removed from the spaces but I am not sure what my surface cleaner with hot water will do to the oils in the surface? Any cleaners or info for me??

Asphalt is hard to clean - Asphalt is made up of oil - I stay away from it - The pressure can sure eat the surface

I agree with the above...........not to mention the envrionmental aspect of washing oil.....you could open yourself up to several different liabilitites.
