BArry Please ask some questions here about the UAMCC certification

Why would anyone want to associate with you Barry, even If I deleted a post of yours these actions are justified?

You really believe lying about the videos context is right, I posted the video orginally on the grime Scene in a Post replying to Beth as a JOKE. If you look at the Youtube link it directs there and says it was posted there.

Not ashamed of the Video, dis-appointed a friend would turn on me like this over a miss-understanding.

Have fun Barry, I know I help folks and frankly you do not like it. Show me your helping anyone with anything? No your just tearing things apart and spreading lies about me and others.

YOur presented with Facts and do not want to look, sorry Barry you are lost.

Tony....it's snowing here right now and I am working.....on the computer (making money).

Incredible!

I'm a liar? You are truly blinded by friendship. If Robert H did the same things Ron has done to people, you'd be all over it.

I just lost all respect for you Tony. Mocking me about not working in the winter, calling me a liar, not stepping up to the plate and outing the man that deleted my post.

People told me that If I crossed Ron, it would be impossible for us to be friends.....I thought more of you and told them they were wrong.

This is why I was posting on TGS.....it's impossible to have a discussion here without the clique assassinating your character.

Preaching To The Choir Brother........I'm sure you or your "clique" would never assassinate someone's character. I mean that would be like Total Hypocrisy correct?

Crap on a cracker, you got some Big'uns.

How long have you been waiting for the opportunity to make that post Barry?

I've done nothing but treat you with respect on here and at TGS.

I have no idea how much business you have in the winter. I have no idea how much you have in the summer. But I do know this: Ron posts all the time because he has employees and supervisors running his business. My situation for the past year has been similar.

On the other hand Chris Chappell was absent from the boards for quite a while. But when he hurt his knee and couldn't work, all the sudden he had time to post often.

Allow me to give you some names of people who used to post a lot more till they listened to Ron and learned how to make sales:

1) Chris Apple
2) Kory Finley
3) Matt Norman
4) Tony Richardson
5) Jill Shelton
6) Steven Button

And there are others.

Some of these guys are already moving into the position where they can take time and post more, like Scott Stone is doing, now that the plans they put into practice have started bearing fruit and employees are doing much of the labor.

One doesn't have to be a genius to figure out that if you have enough time to edit, rename, and post videos or sit around photoshopping pictures you either have employees bringing in your income, or you don't have much work.

I am telling you right now, IF you quit listening to the same "people" who keep whispering in your ear about me (and who the hell do you know who knows me?) and whispering about Ron, and open your eyes to see what Ron has freely offered you and others for years you wouldn't be so angry about everything and would be singing the opposite tune.

It's up to you. Any of those guys named above will tell you that Ron has helped them make hundreds of thousands of dollars and asked for nothing in return. You can choose what you want to do with that information.

How many hundreds of thousands have those "people" helped you put in your pocket?

And if you posted a video of yourself saying "I prefer nipples of the stronger type" in the context of powerwashing and equipment we would all get the honest slant on what you are trying to say.

But if I cut that section of video out and posted it on a gay board and said you were looking for customers of the same mindset, that would be a lie that could wreak havoc on your reputation and your business.

Taking Ron's videos out of the tongue in cheek context they were made in, and putting a false slant, is a lie.

If you did it, what does that make you Barry?

But, of course, I'm the bad guy for pointing it out.

Good Grief. Thanks for the fake friendship. I've had plenty of those. One more won't be missed. Getting too old to waste time trying to salvage what was never there in the first place.

Have a great day.

A few facts that seem to be confusing some people. We have never had someone use Doug's school at this point for certification qualification. We accept all training after we prove the time involved in it. All tests where built by seperate teams. We have 14 applicants that have either failed or not completed the tests.

One other point of clarification. Ron told me to get out of my target market, because I would never make any money doing it. Obviously, he was mistaken. Different people can excel at different things. I just happened to find a niche that works for me.

But Scott, that was when your target market was the school lunchroom! Lol! Aren't you glad you listened and got out of the milk business?

I never delivered to schools...I will tell you that the best thing about the milk business was that it propelled me to do my own work. In fact, one of the compelling reasons that I have been a full time power washer for the past 15 years, more years then many have been in business, btw, is because of the milk business. When I got to where I worked 120 hours in a week, and was on salary, I knew it was time to quit.
Now, I will tell you the things that I did in the milk business that allowed me to run my business in a way that is successful.
1. I learned that a job isn't over until the customer is satisfied. Not when the milk is in the cooler, or on the shelves, but when they were happy with everything that you had done in the store.
2. I learned that it is possible to take a bad customer, and make them one of your biggest proponents. That sometimes they need to understand what you are up against, and what needs to be done on every side to make it happen. I had a new store manager that was put in a store. I really did not like her from the first day I was there. It was really irrational, but she was telling me how much milk to put in the store, and how I should do it. I had full records on sales for the store, and had to pay for any milk that was spoiled. Obviously, I was not real hip on giving her extra milk, just because. Finally, we sat and talked it out. It took a whole 20 minutes of my day. By the time I left, I understood where she was coming from, that she was put in the store to save it, because it was doing so poorly. (She didn't) She also did not understand that I had been delivering to that same store for about 3-4 years, so I had a pretty good grip and what would sell. At the point, we became friends, and worked together to make the store successful. It turned into a great business relationship, and we became great fans of each other. I really learned a lot from how we resolved the problems that we were having.
3. I learned to supervise people. Have you ever herded cats? Now imagine having 160 truck drivers, all independent, and with no real communication with them once they leave the yard, (It was before cell phones were every where) and trying to supervise them and about 3000 customers that were serviced every day. When I left, that is what I was up against.
4. I learned that sometimes you had to stand up to a customer and tell them that you were wrong, and just as often, that there was something that they needed to change.
5. I learned marketing. I had a AM/PM store manager that really liked me, because I was dependable. He took one of the worst stores in their system, and made it one of the busiest. It happened to be the store closest to my home, and I have been watching it the past 15 years, and its successes and failures. When I delivered milk to that store, he and I worked together, and I was delivering up to 48 cases of milk twice a week. That is a lot of milk for a convenience store. When I was promoted off of my route, the manager happened to leave in the same time frame. Within a few months, the new manager had the store down to where they were lucky to sell a case of milk a week. I am pretty sure that everyone will agree that is not an insignificant difference. From what I understand, every other aspect of the stores sales have tumbled, as well. You can't tell me that it is all coincidence.

So, as other try to bash me because I drove a milk truck, they also need to remember that I learned a ton from that experience that made me a better business man today, and allows me to have the success I am having.

In my opinion, if someone does not use something every day that they learned from a previous job, or previous experience, they are not using all the knowledge that have been learning throughout their lives.
