I can't link on those particular ones but we are careful to follow the requirements for Wisconsin. Here is a link to the Wisconsin requirements and the "free" permit you are required to have to be in compliance. Wisconsin has a very workable law and it is in effect until 2014 when they will review it again.

I have spoken with the director in the past and he was a real nice gentleman. They really seem to want to work with the contractors to develop the laws in a reasonable manner.

Looks like a very simple read. Almost looks like the hard copy version of BASMAA.

If you cant open it, it may be because of the demons thread that was started on that board. Who knows. It worked fine for me.

is it hard to get a sewer disposal permit? thats the way i would go. if you had to haul all the waste water off youd have to almost double your prices.
