Big Guy 4 nozzle spray bar ?

I see the Big Guy is offered now with a 4 nozzle configuration. Two mounted on the end and two about halfway out. Who is using this this setup and what are your thoughts vs the 2 nozzle? Seems like it might help with striping but wonder what the real world experience is.

I got one, based on Guy Blackmons recommendation. Talked to him on the phone and he said "you wouldn't think it would make much difference but it doesn't stripe at all"

He was spot on. No stripes at all. We love it and will probably get a couple more. Another thing I like is how easy it is to maneuver. And it is very lightweight considering the size.

Yeah I've got a Big Guy. Just saw the new 4 nozzle spray bars they offer and was wondering. What nozzles are you having luck with? And what gpm psi? I'm running 8 x 3500 so I'm thinking either 15025 or 25025 or maybe just 02s. Man only thing I hate about those small orifices is they clog easy.

Guy, you are running 4 of the 25045 nozzles in the 4-nozzle spray bar in the big guy with 8gpm's?

Thanks for the update Guy. I had a feeling you were running only 8gpm's.

I think running 16gpm's might be cool to try out like that guy in that video with the 36" Maxima.

Really that spraybar is for an automatic car wash, turned sideways to clean a tire and the rim. Putting half your water through a smaller circle makes no sense. I can guarantee if you made all four bars the same length it would clean better.

My real world experience is 4 snozzles blow doors on 2! At 1500 rpm your getting 6000 'sprays' per minute. No comparison.

I too run all 8gpm @ 3500 and switched 2 classics and 1 big guy and love the 4 tip spray bars. No more striping!! I do admit that I do get my nozzles clogged once in a while but other than that It works much better.

Tom, are you saying that with the 4 nozzle spray bar, you can walk faster and clean better than with a 2 nozzle spray bar using the same pressure washer and just dividing the flow into 4 nozzles instead of two? Ex. 8gpm at 3000psi would be 2 of the 25045 nozzles but with the 4 nozzle spray bar that would be 4 of the 2502 nozzles and that cleans better and faster than the 2 of the 25045 nozzles?

Thanks.
