Some guys wear out their nozzles in less than a few months. I would take them out and put in a new pair, just make sure you get the right size for your machines gpm and psi.
speaking of big guy, i have one that is starting to leak around the top, i havnt pinpointed where about on the top, but thought all i might need is a seal kit? does anyone know if that'll fix that? chris you ever had that problem? we spoke at alabama about changing out the tips, i didnt know if you might have had that come up with you yet?
Your seals are gone and soon the swivel will go out too but you might be able to save it by getting the seal kit first, if not then figure on getting the seal kit and bearings for a rebuild.
I rebuilt one then I figured it would be easier to send them to Bob at PressureTek and have him rebuild them for me, I do not have a drill press or a heavy duty vice that would press the old bearings off and the new bearings on.
It is up to you if you have skills and some tools you can do it yourself.
