Bill me!!!!!!!

I think its a great position to have or be in, but there has to be an up front relationship established or agreement in place. The last thing you want to do is to have to chase someone down for a payment. If there is no relationship established then there is no "bill me"...I think its pretty simple.

This is Where Will Talk about Master Service agreements. They are Essentially Pricing in Place , documentation Might be part of agreement.
 
I kinda use a master with my KEC clients. I have at least 5 or 6 of my customers that say if I notice something, take care of it and just bill them. Great to be in that position, and have that level of trust. I usually bring it up during initial meetings, and nail it home after a service or two. Its the same as our "After hours access program" Not many customers take advantage at first, but once they are comfortable and trust me, they have no problem giving me keys and or an access code to enter their establishment when no one is present.
