Bird Waste

I have a new property that has a bunch of Pigeon poo on it. When I cleaned it all off there is a blue/grey stain left. I've never dealt with bird waste so not sure how to remove these stains... I appreciate anyones help!

I clean bird waste all the time. Bird waste removal is part of the job out here. You will run into it more and more in Phoenix. Sometimes there is nothing that can be done about the stains. I would get them on a bi-weekly maintenance to prevent further damage to their concrete. The quicker it is removed the less it will stain. I would try a heavy de-greaser. If that is not enough I always turn to One Restore. But it is expensive. Hot steam usually does the trick with the removal.

Anytime I have ever had to deal with bird poop a good house wash mix or roof cleaning mix ( If it's on a roof we are cleaning ) has always melted it away instantly without leaving a stain.

Thanks guys. I will try a few of the suggestions. This stuff was piled up when we took it over, but we did get it bi-weekly so hopefully we can get it taken care of.

If the concrete is smoother than rough, sorry that's not very specific, try using a soft bristle brush, like for a car/truck wash, and brush in some hot degreaser. If you don't see a difference in about 10 strokes, it's not working. We've had great success with cleaning stucco and concrete walls around signage.
