Ron, you are correct, the mall is in house. They have a hotsy hot skid they pull around on a small trailer with a Gator mainly for common areas I guess. I still service some of the accounts out there for both windows and PW...

Apparently thats not working out. They always find its a Pain in the neck and no one but a pro is going to clean it as good as needed. Sorta like would they sub out the Cooking of steaks. Or allow a strange person to select the choices of meat?

When a Company uses in house pressure washing theres a procedure do illustrate they are saying no money. Plus they are dirty.....No one wants a dirty Place in the restaurant Business.

Yeah, people will need more service than a Mall will give. Plus malls won't go into Back areas and often Patios, this was a Hint looking at a few patios that the common area was actually being done Fairly well. No inquiry was needed I just knew it was in house, I didn't see the washer being stored which I'm sure it was there on property Near Maint rooms.

Even if they have in house set up there is about 20,000 more annual between the Eating Places.
