Hi Dan,
I'll only use one type of boot. My main business is restaurant exhaust systems (slick greasy floors)so it's important that they don't slip. I always buy LaCrosse 16" with the buffalo lug sole. I have found them at Home Depot and Ace hardware. No other boot will do. I then buy inserts from Big-5 to make them comfortable. I like the Penguin inserts myself.
