Curtis On new contruction sites like that a fire hose and a 1 1/2 nozzle will save you a lot of work. Second is sweep,blow,and pick-up as much as you can BEFORE you even go after it with water.
You might want to sub out a street sweeper first. Then wash.
Speed and job costs = price.
you might try to contract it at .10 with a 5 gpm unit but Dave Olson might contract it at .05 because he has 10gpm
he will do it in 1/3 your time.
So price can be set better if you know who your up against.
