Brick Cleaning and Neutralizing help

Been a long time since I posted, but I have my first brick cleaning job to bid.

This is a job with 10-12 feet tall dark reddish brown brick pillars and some walls with what appears to be concrete domes on top of each at several entrance ways, I' guessing they are about 10-15 years old and structurally in good condition and they are all in a heavily wooded luxury residential area. Looks as though they have never been cleaned before, with mold, mildew and some moss. They are surrounded with beautiful shrubs and plants. The brick looks bad.

I've inquired on products by Prosoco for this job which seems at this point to be a good option. However, it was suggested to possibly wash off the heavy stuff, then apply a two part bio-degradable chemical mixture, wash off, neutralize with mild acid that they carrry or oxalic, or citric, then rinse again.

Sounds like a lot of steps for cleaning. I'll bid on this job with this assumption, but IS THERE A MORE SIMPLE PROCESS or CHEMICAL USAGE that you can make me aware?

Also, will oxalic or citric neutralizing have any discoloring effect?

Thanks, Roy

the oxalic can lighten the color of the mortar joints if use too strong or allowed to dwell very long on the surface.
