Bill, I cant give any advice on burner exaust since I only use cold water P/W but I've heard restrict it a little as possible I've heard you dont want any bends, as for the engine exaust I used small L-Brackets to attach flexible automotive exaust pipe and piped it through the floor. I guess if you have the burner close to the front or a side you could probably pipe it straight out the side as long as you dont have any bends and use a pipe larger then the current outlet.

Hope I have helped!

Burner Stack

Its easy my boy, Just get yourself some double wall pipe (the kind you would use for a wood stove) and a peice of 3/4 or 1 inch flex pipe from the auto shop. Now you place that bad A__ machine under the vent (remove the vent assembly first) and put your 6 inch double wall pipe firmly on the machine (with screws) and your other peice (a peice long enough to go through the top of the trailer roof a few inches). Now take the top peice out and run you engine exhaust (flex pipe) up the the 6 inch peice and cut a hole, stick your exhaust in, bend up and Wa La.

Here is a pic

pics are worth a thousand words.

(IF) you decide to go with something like this, use the largest diameter pipe you can, minimum 8" round (preferrably 10-12") and make sure you have some pitch to it on the way out. Going vertical is best if you can live with a hole in your roof.

In terms of application for your trailer, get a large 45 degree angled register boot, come off the stack with it and pipe it out the rear of your trailer. Large pipe and pitch is everything since you're restricting the draft somewhat by coming off the top with a 45. If you need more info let me know.

Ron,

Thanks, took the pic back when I bought it. Recently had them put on disk. It's a Tuff, 5/3000, 16hp Vanguard, WS202 pump & K7 unloader.
