Business For Sale

Selling whole business will not part out.

I won't list all the stuff on here. Basically its a E150 with roughly 140K on it, with a 5.6 TS 2021 machine, hose, water hose, hose reel (needs a new one) surface cleaner, etc. Its basically ready to go. Roof cleaning set up too.

Plus you get my website. www.marlerspressurewashing.com. PR2, does well/dominates local searches. This year just request for estimates alone are right at 300, phone calls are another 200 roughly. So give or take it is right around 500 leads from the website alone.

$15,000 takes it. If your thinking that is high, I understand that. However I am valuing the website more than the equipment.

I'll post pictures later.

Don, be sure to post this on WCR, too.

Definitely a nice deal for that package, your website with those leads is awesome man!.
If it doesn't work out for someone local for you, I'd be interested in the Van if it comes down to splitting it

Don, I don't understand why you are selling. This time last year I remember reading one of your post and you were talking about how well business was. You mentioned you were getting 80 phone calls a day! To me that was great and now I read you are selling... Is everything ok?

Lol. Everything is fine. Just tired of relying on "help". I have a good knowledge of seo, I enjoy doing it, and I can do it and not worry if x amount of guys are going to show up to work. Workers not showing up this year cost me 10-15k. People would not reschedule. Last year my guys were good and I kept the work coming in. This year... They got lazy or something. My main guy was making 14 an hour. He said he was getting burned out and I was going to pop him to 18 an hour and give him a week off. He text me the day I had $3k deck to stain. He told me to go f myself. My preacher and I stained that deck that day. That's pretty much when I decided this was it.

It's hard to field 80 calls a day with no staff. Lol. I sent out some flyers the week this fiasco started. The day they hit I got 20-30 calls. Last year I had a great team. This year, I couldnt assemble the right team for this. So instead of rebuilding AGAIN I just want to move on.

Sounds like you did a great job with your site Don.

Was it changed into Joomla?

I had mine changed to Joomla and forgot how to use it. hahahahaha

I need to figure it out so I can make some changes.

I was talking to Pat and was thinking about changing it over to Wordpress but I don't want the site to have wordpress in the url, not sure if that is possible or not but I think it would make changes and adding things a lot easier.

Thats ashamed all the people out of work and the country doomed to go broke and you cant find good help thats insane but true.As long as the government keeps handing out you will find very few willing to do hard manual labor.Goog grief good luck with your new adventure.
