Buying new tips.

I know when Pressure Tec site is back up they have a nozzle chart. If your psi is going over 3000 you have either the unloader set too high and or are using the wrong nozzles creating too high a pressure for what the equipment is rated.

I need to check the rpm of the engine next, it may be running a little high too.

I suppose I'll just go with the "rated" nozzle size of 4.0 considering my pump may be running a little fast. I'll make whatever adjustment to get it as close to the rating as possible.
 
Once you have the correct tip, search on here for Russ's instructions to properly set your unloader then get you some larger orifice tips to downstream with and different tips to drop your pressure some for specific jobs where you need lower pressure.
