Matt,
Here is the picture of the hood that Grant and I cleaned that I promised to send you. I still cannot disclose the location. You should have seen Grant crawling through the laterals on this one.
It is really a peculiar system. The hood has two ducts that manifold into a 20 x 25 lateral which is okay to clean until it drops down in size to roughly 12 x 12 for about 25 feet with 8" square access panels every eight feet, then it manifolds back into two ducts, each goes vertical for 6 feet into two different exhaust fans. It's really unusuall but easy to clean. It only takes 5 guys about 3 hours. We get $179.00 each 8 months for this one.
I was quite impressed with your 3 crews Grant. As I remeber it only took about 2.5 hours. The guys seemed to pick up the pace when you crawled out of that duct all greasy. Sorry about letting the cat out of the bag on this one.
I thought only in Arizona they hang close to the hood..
You mean to tell me, the same problem exists in Cali?..too .......... i need to readjust my whole view of universe.
Not only that, but they bite! I have the scars to prove it. They like to jump on face shields and slide down. I really don't like them. They make an awful crunch when when you step on them.
Oh man do they bite! It seems like they bite even harder if you get there right after they stop cooking. Maybe they are just po'd that we are there to clean up the grease.
