Can anyone recommend a Direct Mail Marketing Company that has been good to you?

We want to get out some direct mail postcards targeted to our service area with household incomes from 125k-450k before the holiday season.

Has anyone used a good direct mail company that you can recommend to us as this is our first time doing direct mail? Please include the name of company and contact information also the price you are paying for how many postcards in your response if you don't mind sharing.

We want to start small about 1000 for our first mailing and if we can get a .05% response well bump it up to about 5000 per month every month.

I have looked into gotprint.com, they charge $644 for 1000 4x6 cards designed, printed and mailed to your target customer. Is this a good deal? What are you guys paying for direct mail?

Hey Micah thanks for the post. How much have they charged you I looked on their site but it just says "as low as"?

Also did they design your card for you?

Sorry, it's been so long I don't remember. It's likely the prices have changed since then anyhow, seeing as how postage has changed. I designed the card and uploaded it, they just printed it, and mailed it to the addresses they supplied.

Yeah that is a great video. I have seen it a few times. We aren't quite ready to go that big yet but hopefully in a year or two after i get the direct mail thing worked out. Right now were just looking for a company to do the work for us. I have read many post on here and it seems that many people are using direct mail just wondering which companies are good to work with.

Looks like a 1000 with addresses through quantumdigital would be around 500.

A 1000 through vista with addresses would be 539.

You could get flyers printed from GotPrint.com.

5000 8.5x11 flyers with full color front and back on glossy paper would run 225 bucks. You could pay a college kid to pass these out through news paper boxes - or you could check the local news paper about inserting them into the newspaper. That runs around 40 bucks per 1000 here.
