Hey Rodger, there is a place by me that is exactly like that. It has been a closed down Gas Station for years. It has been a fruit stand and machanic shop and 3 or 4 different things. It is right down the block from my yard and I said if this thing ever comes available I was going to grab it.

I went buy there last week and it was burned down to the ground. I fiqured it was a win win with two bays to keep the equipment in and an office with bathrooms outside. I think it will make a great office, good luck with it hope to see after pictures when your done with it.
 
This place is so close to our house I could throw a rock and hit it - we've been stalking it for 6 years now. It's been through 3 owners already. It's on a corner lot which is excellent for exposure - actually 3 sides are pretty visible because of the depth of the lot. We have a pretty good sized "back yard" to actually put up fencing, some deck examples and water features. The lift inside will be extra handy for working on the trucks but I'm the most most most excited about getting my own basement, driveway and garage at home back!!
