Caustic Soda = Cocaine

Last night, while working one of my jobs, the alarm starts going off. It continues for about 10 minutes. I figured it was the employees leaving and they set it off. After about 10 minutes, I looked up and saw a cop standing at my truck with the K-9. I was using caustic soda beads for the first time so I had a fresh 50 lb bag sitting in the front and I left the door open. I could tell that he wanted me to come over there to him so I did. I felt sorry for the dog that was there, having to sniff me out after being in a dumpster for 20 minutes.

I dont know if he though the caustic was crack or if it was a cover up for something. It was a fun experience.
 
I guess that is waht happened, I know I did not use as much as what was missing.

Don't they make Free Base with Ammonia/Baking Soda ?
Maybe they can cook Coke with Caustic Beads too ?
If NOT, they will have a "Clean Microwave" LOL ;)

When the rock is heated, this water boils, making a crackling sound (hence the onomatopoeic “crack”). Baking soda is now most often used as a base rather than ammonia for reasons of lowered stench and toxicity; however, any weak base can be used to make crack cocaine. Strong bases, such as sodium hydroxide, tend to hydrolyze some of the cocaine into non-psychoactive ecgonine.


Guess ya could water the caustic down a bit, huh ?

And very true. So many times money or drugs or both end up missing.

This would be one way to catch them. hahahahaha
