Cemetary grave stones

I've been asked to give a bid on cleaning cemetary monuments, but have no idea how to approach it. Most of the stones are granite or marble, with lichen and or moss and stains on parts of the stone. What chems should I use, and what is the proper procedure?

I have a 4gpm, 3600psi cold water machine. I'd have to truck water to the site.

Thanks for any help I can get here. I'd like to set my retired father up to maintain these markers eventually, and I just want to make sure I'm doing it right.

Sincerely, Paul

Cleaner Times did an article on this sometime last year.

Also, do a search on this bbs and others............this has been discussed previously, I'm just not sure where.

Thanks for the reply Mike. I did a search before posting the question, and didn't find anything under any "cemetary" related heading. Maybe on another bbs?

Thanks, Paul

Thank you Mr. Alan. I checked the E-spec tech page and found the info I was looking for....wish me luck! Paul

the cemetery's are usually easy to find....you will find they are the dead center of town.

Please....Let's KICK THE BUCKET on this attempt at humor. You're KILLING me. I think this topic is past it's EXPIRATION. Thanks guys, Paul

How did ya land that jod? I sent out flyers to cematairies here in Missouri. But I kept running in to DEAD ENDS. What do are you charging them? My price may be KILLING ME.
