Chemical Tank!

Can someone tell me where can I buy a chemical tank for the roof set up? Which brand, size and maybe a prepered place??? I think, I shouldn't go more than 100gal. How big of a roof can you do with 50gal or 100gal tank.

How about this one?
Snyder Industries Square-Ended Poly Spray Tank — 100 Gallon Capacity | Sprayer Tanks | Northern Tool + Equipment

Is this too big? Should I go smaller?

What you guys think?

Thank's!

Tractor Supply they are in CT I think. I've yet to use over 55 gal but we usually only do the North side. As has been stated repeatedly before tap it from the top not the bottom. But since we mix at the job site it's pretty easy to mix a little more if we run short.

I've had good luck with www.usplastic.com. They have a good variety of different sizes, square, horizontal and vertical, etc.

Order it over the phone, and ask for the fitting to be sent 'loose'. That way they won't cut a hole in the tank. They send you the fitting and you can put the hole where you want, preferably the top.

I use a 125 horizontal poly from Northern. On most houses we use anywhere from 40-70 gallons. But the houses we do are anywhere from 2000-10,000 sqft. 100gl tank will do about 5k-6k sqft for us. If the houses in your area are mostly 2500sqft or under, you can easily go with a smaller tank, maybe 50-75gl.

I can get the tank you see on my rig for free. We have a company that refines dishwashing soap that they import in these tanks. The company gives away 5-8 tanks a month. They are 275 to 300 gallons with dump valve and metal cage and 9 inch hole with lid.

100 gal is ideal size, we can do up to a 6000/7000 sq ft house. But we have done 8000 sq ft house that was not as dirty.

John I drive with an empty tank and only mix 40-70 gallons at a time for roofs on the job site! The tank was free and holds big signs
