Well, here's my baby... first pic is the XXX-rated 'naked' version before I got the signs made up. I'll get a sign made for the back, although I'm thinking about re-arranging the hose reels and adding another machine... I don't know where but may downsize the tank to free up some room... i'm just thinking aloud now, so I'll stop!!

Hi Daniel

2 3500lb axles and the tank holds 535 gallons. I'm really happy with the trailer, but I can't take the credit it for it - the whole setup is made just down the I 95 from you... by Industrial Cleaning Equipment & Supply in Fort Lauderdale - there's quite a few similar trailers kicking around, they sell well because they are functional.

I got a great deal on the machine, a year old and only 32 hours on it... stumbled on it on craigslist and went down the next day to Pompano Beach to meet with the seller. I was all set for buying one new, but this came with a whole load of extras and saved me about $7,000 - $8,000.

It is a Hydrotek SC30009KAF - 3000PSI, 9GPM, Hot Water, 25HP Kohler, Cat Pump, Belt-drive... me likey!:D

as to what I was using before... a water pistol?:p nothing, this is my first setup... it may be overkill, but I wanted to be setup for a variety of applications. It took me about 6 or 7 months of research and 3 months of shadowing a contractor before I decided to start in the industry... at the moment my Swimming Pool Service business is supporting my marketing efforts for CleanFast USA - but it is moving in the right direction.

hey daniel

I'm about 2 hours away in Celebration, just south of Orlando. Yeah, would be good to meet at some point... you going to RT? I'm looking forward to meeting everyone, got a million questions and things I'd like to discuss with people.

That's a fairly heavy duty setup you've got... what kind of MPG does it get? You've got plenty of promotional space when the doors are closed?!?!

Does it work well for you?

HeyAnt waz up. Got a call today for Un- Happy KEC customer have to give est. Tuesday wish me luck!!!!

Awesome man, keep it up bro.

No. It's not sweet. The RAM he has is sweet.

Nissan = Non American = Not Sweet :)

Titan is 100% American Made...can't say that for that pile of a Ram...engine is made in Canada...or is it Mexico..don't remember. Nissan and Toyota are the ONLY 1/2 TONS that are made in America- SWEET. Plus it will spank that Hemi (if it's got a Hemi) :)

now now ant they are assembled in the us but they have foreign parts and at the end of the day the net profit goes over seas

Titan isn't 100% American made.

Nissan is NOT American.
The parts are NOT American.
The profits go to Nissan and it's been established Nissan is not American.

Ram is made by Dodge, which until the DialmerChrysler merger with Mercedes was American. Diamler is no longer part of Mercedes. Ram's parts are NOT American made (just like Nissan). Ram is assembled in Mexico (unlike Nissan). Profits DO come back to America (well, this is Dodge we're talking about . . . LOSSES come back to America).

I do like that Nissan and Toyota assemble their 1/2 trucks here in the Good Ol' U. S. of A. I hate/despise/loathe/condemn, that "American" companies DON'T because to me that is VERY Un-American. Thing is, even the vehicles assembled in America are using part sourced from Red China.

YEA , I agree with all but , if you plan on driving american made vehicles in the future you'll probably be walking instead. For myself it's a z71 , my wife has a BMW, and if they ever make a PW i'll buy one. LOL.

I really wish I could have an truck (car, van, suv for the family) that ALL of the following are true:

1) Manufactured by an American company, not some "American" company that is owned by some Sheik in the middle east or by some rich European.
2) Manufactured by Americans (not Illegal Aliens that happen to reside in the USA).
3) Built with parts made in America by an American company owned by Americans.

Why is America so Un-American now-a-days?

Just my opinions, and am willing to take my lumps for it. The trailer is right at the limit of its load capacity. Figure about 4400 lbs for water if you haul it full. 1000 lbs for a BIG pressure washer, 150-200 lbs for each hose reel. another 300 lbs for a chemical tank and another 200lbs for a ladder. For a grand total of 6500 lbs. Of course that does not take into account the trailer itself, that is probably close to 1000 lbs. I personally do not like to run that close to the limit of a trailer because I have had too many broken springs in the past. I do like a lot of things about the layout though. Life is good when you have a very functional trailer. With my little trailer, I can roll up and be washing within 2 minutes and after I wrap up, gone in 5 minutes, if I have a feed hose and am taking my time.

... for what it's worth, I don't particularly like either truck... the RAM 1500 is too small for for towing... ('couldn't pull the skin of a rice pudding', as we say in Scotland), and just something about the Titan that ain't right - just in my opinion.

Scott, your right about the weight issues - I'd never tow with the tank full, unless is it was really needed for a job... don't know if my washer is considered big, but it comes in at around 750lbs and the trailer itself is around 1200lbs... either way I am pretty close to the threshold! When things get going a bit for me, I'll probably look into a new truck mounted system - flatbed or pickup - I"m not too sure yet... need to walk before I run!!

Ryan, I wish I could take the credit for it!!! It's built by a company called Industrial Cleaning Equipment & Supply in Fort Lauderdale, FL... I don't want to sound like an ad, but when I went to see them in January they were very friendly and helpful - they've built some nice rigs!

Anyhoo, I'm off for a day of measuring and demos... :D

Diesel is the way to go if you want to tow large loads.
