Cleaning for A Heroe

This Monday and Tuesday we cleaned this house for a Veteran that could not afford the services to have his house washed. He had been getting threatening letters from his HOA about some green stains on his walls. I tried for several weeks to get him hooked up through Cleaning For Heroes but he kept having problems. This week I had someone in for trainging so we just used it as a training house and cleaned his house, roof, driveway, and sidewalk at NO Charge. Felt real good to help this guy out after all he's done for us. Notice in the before pic the flag, it flies everyday. He came out and took it inside while we were cleaning. A true patriot.

We have been waiting to get an assignment from "cleaning for heroes", nothing yet. We did one kind of like cleaning for heroes. We did a mother and fathers house of guy that was deployed - I think if he was home he would have done his folks house. So we did it for him. It made us feel good and they really appreciated (even got a good lunch out of it).

That is very nice Doug doing good things for those in your area like that will help your business grow while others suffer. We offer that cleaning services for Cleaning for Heros aswell just have not had anyone need our services this year. However there was a couple that I went to give an estimate to that told us they didn't have that money since his wife got laid off from a Gov. job position for having stage 4 cancer we cleaned the entire house FREE and have became very good friends. That was the least that we could offer this family since they where already suffering so much.

We looked around for a org that was offering pressure washing services to people with cancer and there was not any out there so now we support our local American Cancer Society to help give the people something to hold onto. We offer this to the cancer patients at NO charge in memory of my best friend that past away from his battle with cancer.

I hope that more contractors stand up and offer there services for FREE for the ones that are having trouble it does not cost much and really makes you feel good for helping others out.

Thats a shame about cleaning for Heroes they need to find some Free cleaning for our veterans, I am still waiting for an assignment too. I even offered my plowing services...Well if any vets in the Milwaukee area are in need they can call me and I will still help them.
