Cleaning of oil on concrete

We have several concrete cleaning jobs lined up. We have bought some chemicals called muscle magic, and wondering if anyone has used this stuff, and if it works. Also was searching the net and seen this website Bio-dry.com , and wondering if anyone has tried this stuff and would like feedback.

Russ, now I had a question about that ratio.

We tried to mix at
2cups caustic to 5 Gal water and Xjet 2:1 and it was really weak.

We have to use 3 cups caustic to 5 gal water 1/4 dawn and xjet 2:1 and that works real nice.

you guys got a lot of nice looking rigs, so far i just wash houses, whats the hot water for?

Just like when you do your laundry - hot water cleans better and it always will. But remember Hot water has its places....dont ever use it on wood, vinyl siding, or plank siding. It will warp wood real good.

If you are removing oil, gum, grease, dirt, and so forth, Hot water will be your best friend and sometimes it will be all that you need. For example: Gum will easliy come off with 250' water no chems needed.

Russ - wtf?

When you write a recipe 1 Cup is equal to 8 ounces, but I guess in hillbillyville 1 cup is = 28 ounces..

I just thought you were plain crazy at first - I was like this caustic stuff doesnt work.....well duh I was only using 16 ounces compared to your 56 ounces, NO WONDER!!!!!
