Which is more effective when it comes to industrial cleaning on hardened steel(such as inside large valve bodies, etc..,) CO2 blasting or water pressure washing?(Would hot water with a mild chemical cleaning agent((something that would not damage the steel due to corrosion,etc..,)) be as effective as CO2 blasting? Thanks.
