Coil blow out

Thanks guys,

It has worked well for us. 454 engine puts it right down the road, when loaded it weighs about 23,000 pounds. We've had the chassis since new 6 years ago. The equipment in back doesn't have quite the fire power of our Red truck, so it doesn't have very many miles on it.

Over the years I've tried to have extra or back-up equipment for everything that we do. This truck has been our back up and we've had special projects that we've used both trucks at the same location.

Here is a picture of our trucks set up at a bakery. We were cleaning an 18" thick coil in a large air-handler. Coil was about 12' wide and 10' high and was almost totally plugged when we started.

Thanks Matt,

I'm sure your local truck dealer has a couple on his lot that he would like to put your name on! :) Its only Money!

Here is a pic of what I've had my guys working on in their spare time (on the clock) this winter. Plan to take it to a ATHS show in Ft. Wayne early June.

Ron,
I know this guy that will come clean them for you, for a price...

Scott

I seen that on Ebay too Scott.I wonder why anyone would want to get out of the hog barn cleaning business, seems like enjoyable work!We were demolishing (our other business) a big building at this pretty big egg farm. They had a guy pressure washing one of the other buildings that they had thousands of chickens in ,but they moved them out for the place to be cleaned. This guy came out for a smoke break every half hour or so covered from head to toe in chicken shit,I could smell the place from 50 yards away where we were taking down the other building.I could only imagine what it smells like cleaning hog barns!

I finally took a real good look at our parking lot .. It's asphalt but damn what few guys work for me .. They sure do chew alot of gum.. .. I am fixing to clean the driveway at my house.. I am working on a really big suface cleaner.. It is made out of a riding lawn mower deck it will have dual swivels .. and two 22" spinners under it ... I am going to use 4-15 degree nozzles 1.5 's..

But anyway will see what happens...

Update ... Wife says don't wash our driveway and waste all of our water !!!!

Well I guess I will go to some fire equipment sales today....

NO FUN NO FUN NO FUN..

After all she is right .. Because I am the one that pays the water bill....

Hi Ron,

Yeah I know the floors are dirty. Their almost done working on the old truck and Spring is here, so when they have spare time after its done, the shop will get a good cleaning.

Scott,

I saw that unit on Ebay too. Most farms do not have very much capacity as far as water supply. Fellow probably needed to bring his own.

When I was redoing my Red truck, I considered a 28' pup trailer for awhile, but not for long, just too much to have to deal with! I think one or more of Doug Latimers units are mounted in semi trailers.

Safeclean,

Cleaning livestock barns aren't too bad. I grew up on a farm! :) We've cleaned grease seperators in kitchens that were really bad!

Yeah barns Ive done. The smell of bacteria in a grease trap or drain is worse then any Animal Poo I've come across.
Goat.
