I HAVE A BID FOR AN ENCLOSED PARKING STRUCTURE THAT IS 75000 SQ FEET. ANY CLUE ON A COST EFFECTIVE SEALER AND PRICING. I HAVE SEALED CONCRETE BEFORE BUT NEVER ANYTHING NEER THIS SIZE.

V SEAL WOULD HAVE BEEN $6800 FOR MATERIAL ONLY THERE IS NO WAY THE CUSTOMER WOULD GO FOR THIS.I NEED TO FIND A LOW COST ALTERNATIVE.

use thompsons water seal and re-apply it every 30 days. You will make good money. lol
Sell what works, not what the customer THINKS he wants. Your labor is going to be the same price.
Customer can pay you to use the right stuff ONCE, or pay every other month to use the wrong stuff.
Call JAY at V-SEAL he will help you.
Educate the customer by telling him how much he will save in future maint costs. Also if he puts the wrong stuff on he might not be able to go
back.
Some sealer's cant ever be used over another sealer. Suppose after you put it on it gets slippery when wet. Now your screwed.
