I have a job for a good size shopping center in Connecticut, you must have the following 1- Hot water and a minimum of 5.5@3500 , surface cleaner, 2- liability insurance 1,000,000 with an additional 1,000,000 umbrella policy and if it is required workers comp.

If you meet these requirements send me a private message and I will forward the property managers name and number , this is you not me I am making nothing, just helping out a friend that has helped me, that being said there is more than that if they like you ;)

Exactly you never did commercial work..You dont want to learn how to do it on a multi million dollar property..;)
 
You will never want to pressure wash again if you start out with this job. Especially after you spend a few days in a hotel and cuss that 20" surface cleaner and everything else in site. lol
 
How is an umbrella policy different from a liability policy?

it is in addition to it, that is why it is excess/umbrella-ours is for 2 million + an additional 2 million aggregate per occurance - per project with a 10k retention , oh and it cost you a lot more too ! hahahaha
