Does anyone have a contract or form they have all there customers sign for liability or to make sure everyone is certain of work done, screw ups, payment etc.. I was just wondering since I may make a form but if someone happens to have one I can take a look at I would appreciate it.

Here is what I do for contracts. When I make the bid I write out a job description how much you are going to charge, how are they going to pay, then have them sign it. Also state how long the contract is valid and the frequency of the contract. Its not hard to make it just takes time.
