I don't know If I would buy that one.

The surface cleaner is a Northern Tool brand, not that durable for commercial work and it is not a vacuum surface cleaner so I guess you would have a helper walk around with the vacuum hose sucking up the dirty water as you rinse it with the wand.

The Vacuum rig you can do or buy for less than that.

It kind of looks like the scirocco system but without their vacuum surface cleaner and that vacuum hose does not look like theirs.

It almost looks like someone bought the stuff and did it wrong and bought the better system that works and is trying to get their money back by selling something that will not work to someone that is uneducated in the vacuum systems.

Just my opinion.

Looks like the Scirocco PEV2. We use that vac on one of our rigs and it works well. Vac hose is the same as what comes from the factory with that vac. I believe the price tag new was around 2 grand for the vac (which included a useless boom). Too high for used equipment though.

I have one that I will sell you for less than that. I bought one of the first vacuums that Jerry and the boys made. He did not even understand at that time how to make it operate most effectively. His equipment has come a long way from then.
His booms are absolutely without value in a contract cleaning environment, in my opinion. They are too rigid, they do not allow enough waste to enter the system, and generally cheap and VERY easily duplicated.

Just paid $2,000.00 for that same system brand new. You guys are right, it is a little high..
