I chose this account because all over the country i have found they are not being done. We will not be stepping on anyones toes going after this account

When I need the info, I will ask you. if you deliver the info needed I will include you and your area on our submission to work on your own.

I'm not interested in sub contracting this account, I just know that if we can come at them in numbers with proof this is something they truly need, they may listen better.

Its that simple, but it wont be easy.

Good Idea! Here in Baton Rouge, La. There are probably 10 or more CVS, that nobody cleans. I would be interested. There is one around the corner from where I live that has never been washed, in the four years it has been opened.
Please include me in this...
 
I suppose I'm in the same boat as Hook and Ladder on this one. It's the area where we want the business to grow. If there is at least a small profit margin and reasonable accommodations for rising gas prices, I'm definately. There are 4 here, 10 an hour north and 21 within an hour and 15 minutes south.

Please read this, one thing you need to know is your customers history.

Also, some of you didnt know they own albertsons, Jewel and OSCO drugs.

Some regions did not sell, but we need to determine which ones.

Grocery stores cannot go with out PW....Period

Be ready when we let them know how dirty these stores are to give a proposal locally.

I'm happy to see this. I'm deffinately in. Let me know what you need from me when the time comes. I just washed the sidewalks, and glass and brick area of the storefront at a local CVS a couple weeks ago. The dryvit areas around the signage look terrible but the manager wasn't interested in having that cleaned. The only reason they had the sidewalks cleaned was due to a failed inspection. I'd really like to get them on a maintanence schedule. I've got 3 stores in my service area and several others I'd take care of if Henry isn't interested.

Ron, do you have a corporate connection yet? I can try and get their info from my wife. If you Message me off here, I think we can also go after a few other large Drug Store chains. My wife's worked for several of them.

I have corporate connections, I need to learn the inspection proccess. I want to know how and what the people doing the inspection is looking for.

I want to send inof to these people to have managers contact us to help them solve there problems.

I want to understand if the managers get there bonus affected when they fail and inspection.

I want to talk directly to these people even if they are not the decision makers.

I have never heard a CVS failing and inspection.

They are a large growing company and this may be a new quality control person. ( I was wondering when this was going to happen)

Regionally they may operate different?

I have some regional information for my area. I have on many occasions tried to contact the regional maintenance manager with little success. I also have some information from a PM company that discussed CVS in a meeting I had today in North Carolina. PM me so we can talk.
