Define House Wash?

Is a house wash just that the entire house or is it from the eves to the ground to exclude the roof? Thanks, fixing to send out a print job (via VistaPrint) and want to make sure I have the I's dotted and T's crossed.
 
What Nick said. Does not include Roof, Concrete or any pool areas. Those are seperate.
 
What they said......nor does it include any rust removal, hard water stain removal, gutter brightening, etc etc etc
 
Also does not include dog washing, cat washing or washing of any 4 legged animals. Does not include car washing, truck washing, motorcycle washing or washing of any mode of transportation. Some certain side affects may occur in clients over the age of 60 when washing. Side affetcs may include scratching of the head, folded arms, shaking of hands, head and feet and sudden outbursts over pricing. Any customer experiencing any of these symptoms should be sat down immediatly and educated as to method of cleaning, features and benefits of said cleaning and should be shown all licence, insurances and any other documentation which should restore a sense of calm.

We all need our stuff cleaned from time to time. Shouldn't it be done professionally?

Dave, for me the brick is part of the house wash, and is priced accordingly. I don't scrub brick window sills, I use my wand, but yes brick Window Sills are included. Door Sills or thresholds are considered on a case by case basis. Around a chimney, as long as it is Mold yes included. Soot stains are what I term specialty stain removal, and is not part of the house wash.

LOLOLOLOL,,,,,why yes oh great one, it should.
 
Usually I quote all painted and vinyl surfaces. upgrade other areas unless they are small ones. Small easy to clean spots are free if I get the job.

I say the same as Larry and Doug say, the house is the house, no pool, concrete or roof areas and no stains like rust, tar, gutter stains, hard water stains, mineral stains, etc....
 
Same here, my basic house wash service only includes soffit, facia, gutters, walls and front entry way....additional charges include gutter brightening and scrubbing, rust stain removal, driveway & walkway cleaning, window cleaning, decks and enclosures, and of course roof cleaning. We dont get much brick siding or fire places down here unless its an older home, it that case I just adjust price accordingly

I also throw in....You Know I went to the grocery store and spent $300 in groceries yesterday....When the cashier rang everything up I asked her that since I spent that much on groceries would she throw in $100 in steaks....You know she had the gall to say NO. I mean I just spent $300 in groceries...The least they could do is throw in a $100 in steak.......Right? :)
 
for me a house wash is the same as a car wash. when your done all the dings, scratches will be there. the bumpers will still be faded. magic marker will still be there. the car wash has a separate spot for "DETAILING" which of course costs extra. so I charge extra.
