Need some advice. I live in Southwest Florida and everyone has a screened in lanai. Usually not a problem with single family home, but most of my pressure cleaning is done for property management companies and consists of two story condos. I use a lot of chlorine through down stream injector on fascia and soffitt, which of course ends up dripping onto screen. Here is the problem, if I rinse the second story screen off with fresh water it usually carries the dirt from the screen right up onto the ceiling
most of the condos have drywall ceilings and crap paint that does'nt clean up very well and sometimes doesnt dry out evenly.
While on the subject, divider between 1st and 2nd stories is finished stucco when cleaning this area it makes a mess of 2nd story floor.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
