Do not use bleach on your roof

What a crock!

More mis-information from people out there that have no clue whatsoever, just wanting some attention.

The whole website for pressurewashers.lifetips is nothing but false information, information that is not tested or proven to be worthwhile, it is just a lot of heresay, misinformation, propaganda and other nonsense setup to sell vendor's products.

We don't need information websites like that setup full of misinformation as it confuses the customers and they don't know who or what to believe so they will probably want something they see in the stores or on a website or on tv used on their roof which would be worse than what contractors use.

Misinformation by this website, pressurewashers.lifetips is giving out false information, they probably have no clue on actual cleaning, just propaganda from a vendor or some vendors to try to sell their products with misinformation and scare tactics.

More crap from vendors out there lying to consumers.

Did anyone read their about us page. This part of theeir website was just launched in 2012. Would be a great time for the orgs to step in and work with them so they could get the right infomation on proper cleaning, Need to find out who their experts are. The bad thing is the founder of the site is on the WebMasterRadio.FM at 5 pm EST. Maybe we could get a true Expert like Ron, Russ Spence or have a spokes person from one of the orgs to be a guest. Never know might sway them to take down or put up correct info on their site, Im sure they would not want to have bad or incorrect info site

Just goes to show that everything that you see on the internet is not true...

Education is a never ending process.

It is such a shame that companies out there have no clue and will just spread lies just to try to sell their products.

It makes it that much harder for us in the areas of the country that are trying to educate people that you can clean your roof instead of replacing it when it is dirty.

I have a roof cleaner in my area telling the same lies.

I am so tired of hearing the mis-information by competitors around the country, the lies being spread by companies to try to sell their inferior products and other nonsense out there that makes it harder for us contractors to do quality work using good detergents trying to protect our customer's property.

When I hear things I tell them to show me the proof of what they are talking about, if there is no proof then it is just lies and misinformation.

For the contractors out there saying to not use bleach or chemicals having bleach in it or components I tell them to show me the studies and damage in pictures, videos, reports or other credible methods, not just talk, talk is cheap, show me some proof of what they are talking about otherwise it is a lie and misinformation.

Show me proof of where some univertity or credible group did studies on something and have documented proof, double-blind tests, studies that are not biased by the companies paying for the studies to be done or something else to show me that there is some kind of proof in what they are saying otherwise it is a lie and misinformation.

I think that most of the contractors out there are tired of the lies and misinformation being spread by people that just want attention, trying to sell inferior products that do not work and in some cases, they cause damage when used like those degreasers that were sold as roof cleaners and taken off the shelves at some of the big box stores.

Enough of the lies and misinformation, show me some proof! If you don't have proof, quit talking out of your ass.
