EBC- Eight days to get it

Hi Rance. 8 days is not normal. According to our records your order was placed as you mentioned on FB - the 28th. Shipped on the 31st. (3 days). For some reason it took UPS 5 days to deliver your order. This is not normal delivery time for UPS. As we do with all of our EBC customers, we provide both UPS and FedEx tracking #'s as soon as an order has shipped.
 
UPS messes up quite a bit and don't bother to tell you if they break or lose an order. Not a great company IMO but as a manufacturer our options aren't great, we just have to manage it. As a restoration company owner I hate waiting for stuff! Lol
 
I am lucky if it only takes 5 days when receiving something outside of Texas. UPS is very slow bringing stuff down here so you are not alone.

I can order stuff from Houston, Dallas or even San Antonio and it takes 2 to 3 days to get here.
 
I would order when you start using the bucket as you just never know. What if someone saw you doing a driveway or sidewalk rust cleaning and wanted their concrete done also and then another and before you know it, you are out and cannot make any more money because you don't have product to use to make money.

That had happened to me a while back with another product so when I start using a new container and that is the last one I have, I place an order for another as soon as I can because of the delay in getting it here because of ups.
